Fully built, furnished and equipped in 2023, this bright house can accommodate up to 4 people with two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, a bathroom, and a swimming pool of 2.5m x 3m.

Just a few minutes by scooter from the best surf spots to the east (Nusa Dua, Nico, Geger), to the south (Nyang-Nyang, Pandawa), and to the west (Uluwatu, Bingin, Balangan), the house is perfectly located in Bukit. For a swim in the lagoon, enjoy Melasti Beach just a few minutes to the south; to access it, its beautiful road crosses an area still very well preserved on the peninsula.
