Ideally located in the heart of Bidart, just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, this charming 1930s house has been carefully renovated. Peaceful yet close to amenities, it offers the perfect setting for a family holiday. Measuring approximately 150 m² across two levels, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
INTERIOR
On the ground floor, an entrance leads to a pleasant living area including a living room, a dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen with direct access to the outdoors. This level also features a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a laundry room, and a guest toilet.
Upstairs, the landing provides access to a small rooftop terrace. It leads to two children's bedrooms as well as a double bedroom with an office space. These three bedrooms share a bathroom.
EXTERIOR
At the front, on the East side, a table allows for dining in the shade of the plane trees. At the back, on the West side, the garden offers a second dining section with a barbecue. The rooftop, furnished with outdoor lounge seating, offers an unobstructed view of the Basque mountains.
Two vehicles can be parked within the property grounds, with easy and free parking also available on the street.
