The fully equipped kitchen allows for comfortable cooking throughout the stay. It opens onto a convivial dining space with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The cozy and comfortable living room features large sofas, a decorative flame-effect insert fireplace, a television, as well as board games. On this same level, direct access leads to the garage where the laundry area is also located.

Upstairs:

Two double bedrooms (140 cm beds) share a bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and toilet. The bedrooms, as well as the bathroom, all provide access to a pleasant continuous terrace.

EXTERIOR

A charming, quiet continuous terrace, located on the lower level next to the night area, offers a small relaxation space. Equipped with a small table and chairs, it is ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying outdoor breakfasts on sunny days.

The house has an attached garage measuring 5 m x 4 m, fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, surf racks, bicycle storage, as well as two bicycles made available for use.
