The property has two access points, either through an entrance on the kitchen side, or via a terrace opening directly into the living spaces.

LIVING SPACE

You enter directly into a friendly area where the living room and the kitchen naturally interact. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a television, a bookcase, and a wood stove, creating a soft and welcoming atmosphere.

The open kitchen is organized around a large dining table for six people. It is completed by a carefully sourced vintage sideboard and has everything you need for daily life. The entire area opens onto an adjoining terrace, naturally extending the spaces to the outdoors.

On this terrace, bordered by vegetation, a large table and a plancha grill allow you to fully enjoy outdoor meals.

SLEEPING AREA

A first double bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

A bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and direct access to the outdoors.

A double bedroom with a bathroom including a shower, sink, and toilet also opens to the outdoors.

These last two bedrooms share access to a terrace.

A separate toilet is located in the hallway.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer completes the amenities.

OUTDOORS

The property is organized around three distinct outdoor areas, allowing you to enjoy different times of the day.

A first terrace adjoining the living spaces invites you to meals and shared moments. A second, more intimate one, features a bench and a table for two people. A third one extends from the bedrooms and offers direct access to a quieter space.

Two parking spaces are available, as well as a Forge Adour plancha grill for summer meals.
