Its privileged location allows you to fully enjoy a car-free stay, within walking distance of the beaches, shops, and restaurants of the village.
As soon as you pass through the gate, the carefully landscaped garden brings an immediate feeling of calm and privacy. Inside, the decor blends authenticity and comfort with terracotta floors, beautiful volumes, and colorful artistic touches that give the house a lot of personality. The whole space exudes a friendly, welcoming, and elegant atmosphere.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning as well as underfloor heating for optimal comfort in any season.

Interior

Ground floor

An entrance hall leads to all the rooms on the ground floor.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is organized around a large marble countertop extended by a bar area with stools and integrated storage. It opens onto the dining room with an insert fireplace and large French windows opening onto the garden, offering a particularly bright and pleasant living space.
At the back, with an independent entrance, a laundry room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as plenty of storage space.
The living room offers a beautiful relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, a library, a television, and a study corner. A guest toilet with a washbasin completes this space.
The first bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed, opens directly onto the garden. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet, and walk-in wardrobe.
A second independent bedroom, set up as a studio with a private terrace, includes a 140 cm double bed, a kitchenette equipped with an oven and a Nespresso machine, as well as a shower room with a washbasin and toilet.
A third bedroom with a 160 cm double bed features built-in wardrobes as well as a shower room with a washbasin.

Upper floor

Upstairs, a bedroom with a study area offers a 180 cm double bed, storage space, as well as a shower room with a washbasin and toilet.
Another, more intimate bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a Velux window.
The children's bedroom, which is particularly spacious, includes two 90 x 200 cm single beds, a bookshelf, a play area, and a small desk.
These last two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.

Exteriors

The exteriors have been carefully designed around the landscaped garden and terracotta terraces that naturally extend the living spaces of the house.
The large south-facing terrace allows you to fully enjoy sunny days, with a dining table, sun loungers, and parasols. A second covered terrace also hosts a friendly dining area. A plancha and a gas pizza oven complete the outdoor equipment.
The heated and covered 4 x 6 meter swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current swimming system. An outdoor shower is also available.
The property has two parking spaces, a storage space for surfboards and bicycles at the back of the house, as well as a small vegetable garden on the west side.

A cat lives peacefully in the garden and adds to the discreet charm of the place.
