A double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet, which also opens onto the terrace, completes this level.

On the garden level, the sleeping area features two double bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms, as well as a master suite with a bathroom, shower room, and toilet. All three benefit from direct access to the outdoors and the pool area, harmoniously extending the living spaces. A fully equipped laundry room (sink, washing machine, dryer, storage) is also available.

EXTERIOR
On the main level, a large furnished terrace hosts a summer lounge, a dining table, and a plancha grill. Below, the heated pool area invites you to relax with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table.

As for parking, the property can accommodate up to four vehicles, with two spaces in a closed parking area and two others at the front of the house.
