This lovely Basque house located in Guéthary offers an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends on the Basque Coast. With a surface area of 140 m² spread over two levels, it can accommodate up to 13 people, in an ideal configuration for 8 adults and 5 children. Fully air-conditioned, the house offers comfortable and pleasant living spaces throughout your stay.

Inside

The living room, with its warm, bohemian atmosphere, is organised around a lovely lounge with a fireplace and a television area. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of furniture and decoration, with several carefully selected designer pieces, such as the Togo sofa or the George Nelson lighting.

The dining room extends into an open, fully equipped and functional kitchen, creating a friendly space to share meals and make the most of moments together.

The five bedrooms, with soft tones and refined decoration, offer calm and comfortable spaces. The house has four double bedrooms, including a master suite with its own bathroom, as well as a dormitory that can accommodate up to five people and has its own shower room.

A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, with toilets and a water point with a sink, completes the interior spaces.

Outside

Outside, a large furnished terrace hosts a summer lounge, a large dining table, a barbecue and a pizza oven.

A second, more intimate terrace features sunbeds, an outdoor shower and racks for surfboards.

The garden of over 1,500 m² offers beautiful spaces to enjoy the outdoors and hosts a large heated swimming pool of 15 metres long.

Facing the pool and the garden, a wellness area completes the house's facilities with a sauna equipped with speakers, a shower and toilets.

The Location

Located in the heart of the village of Guéthary, the house allows you to reach shops, restaurants and various village spots in just a few minutes on foot. The ocean is about 800 metres away.
