The spacious, light-filled living areas open up broadly to the terraces and garden through large bay windows. The house includes a large living area with an open kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, independent office, games room equipped with a pool table and foosball, as well as a laundry room.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people:

• A master suite with a full bathroom;

• Two double bedrooms with private shower rooms;

• One bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room.

Outside, several spaces invite you to fully enjoy the setting: a heated swimming pool, summer kitchen with plancha grill, large table for outdoor dining, garden lounge, sun loungers, outdoor shower, landscaped garden, surf racks, and private parking.

Located just a few meters from the first villa, its friendly living space includes a living room with a wood stove, library, and television, as well as an open kitchen with a dining area leading directly onto a pleasant terrace surrounded by vegetation.

The villa features 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people:

• Two double bedrooms with private shower rooms;

• One bedroom with two single beds.

A laundry room and an independent toilet complete the amenities.

The outdoor areas are organized around several terraces offering different atmospheres throughout the day: a dining area with a plancha grill, a more intimate corner for relaxing, and a lower terrace accessible from the bedrooms. Two parking spaces are also available.
