Les bords du Lac

On the peaceful shores of the marine lake of Hossegor, just a stone's throw from the ocean, Les Bords du Lac is an iconic Basco-Landais residence from the 1930s designed by Louis Lagrange. Fully privatized, this 380 m² house accommodates up to 14 guests in six elegant suites, each with its own bathroom. The interiors, bathed in light, open onto a wooded garden with a heated swimming pool and a soothing view of the lake. Designed to combine refinement and conviviality, the stay is accompanied by a personalized hotel service, a dedicated house manager, daily breakfast and cleaning, concierge service, a massage room, and an electric car at your disposal, for an experience that is both free and exclusive.

Ground floor

From the entrance, an elegant hall, separate guest toilets, and a centralized control panel for the alarm and equipment. The large living room, the centerpiece of the ground floor, blends comfort and conviviality with its functional fireplace, video projector, and a fine selection of board games. Extending from this, a refined dining room accommodates up to twelve guests in a warm atmosphere.
A small library adjacent to the open kitchen offers an intimate reading corner. The kitchen, with its sleek design, is fully equipped: with a central island, a DeLonghi coffee machine, two dishwashers, and a filtered water tap. Soft drinks are provided daily, and an honesty bar completes the setup with a refined selection of wines, champagnes, and gourmet snacks.

First floor

Upstairs, a hallway leads to the various rooms, including a children's bedroom with an adjoining playroom, shower, toilet, and sink. The yellow room, bright and elegant, features a double bed, a marble shower room with a double sink, shower, and separate toilet. A more intimate bedroom also offers a double bed and its private shower room. Discreet external access connects this floor to the garden. Finally, the master suite captivates with its peaceful atmosphere: a double bed equipped with USB ports, a private shower room, and a toilet.

Lower floor

The basement houses a fully equipped TV room, ideal for movie nights, as well as a laundry room with everything you need, including pool towels. The wood for the fireplace is carefully stored under the outside staircase, and the fire is lit every morning, ensuring continuous comfort.

Small annex house - The concierge quarters

Completely independent from the main house, the concierge quarters include three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with toilet and independent access. This space offers the possibility of hosting staff or guests in an atmosphere that is both comfortable and confidential.

Outdoors

The outdoors have been designed as a true extension of the living space. The heated swimming pool is accompanied by outdoor toilets, a bar with a plancha grill, and a summer lounge inviting relaxation. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and the petanque court dot the landscaped area, while a massage room adjacent to the pool offers a privileged moment of well-being. An outdoor dining area allows for hosting up to sixteen guests facing the lake. A private gate offers direct access to the water, perfect for a morning swim or a stroll along the shore.
A dedicated area for bicycles is provided, and a small electric car is made available to guests.

Garage and equipment

The garage, thoughtfully arranged, houses a space with sports mats and workout accessories. Two paddleboards are also available to fully enjoy the lake.
