On the peaceful shores of the Hossegor marine lake, just steps from the ocean, Les Bords du Lac is an emblematic Basco-Landaise dwelling from the 1930s designed by Louis Lagrange. Completely privatized, this 380 m² house accommodates up to 14 guests in six elegant suites, each with its own bathroom. The light-filled interiors open onto a landscaped garden with a heated pool and a soothing view of the lake. Designed to combine refinement and friendliness, the stay is accompanied by personalized hotel service, a dedicated house manager, daily breakfast and housekeeping, concierge service, a massage room, and an electric car at your disposal, for a free and exclusive experience.

Ground Floor

From the entrance, an elegant hall, separate guest toilets, and a centralized control panel for the alarm and equipment. The large living room, the centerpiece of the ground floor, combines comfort and conviviality with its functional fireplace, projector, and a nice selection of board games. Adjacent to it, a refined dining room can host up to twelve guests in a warm atmosphere.
A small library next to the open kitchen offers an intimate reading corner. The kitchen, with its sleek design, is fully equipped: its central island, DeLonghi coffee machine, two dishwashers, and filtered water tap. Soft drinks are offered daily, and an honesty bar completes the ensemble with a refined selection of wines, champagnes, and gourmet snacks.

First Floor

Upstairs, a corridor leads to the various bedrooms, including a children’s room with an adjoining playroom, shower, toilet, and sink. The yellow room, bright and elegant, has a double bed, a marble bathroom with double sink, shower, and separate toilet. A more intimate room also offers a double bed and its own bathroom. A discreet outdoor access connects this floor to the garden. Finally, the master suite seduces with its peaceful atmosphere: a double bed equipped with USB sockets, ensuite shower room, and toilet.

Lower Floor

The basement hosts a fully equipped TV room, ideal for movie nights, as well as a laundry room with everything needed, including pool towels. The wood for the fireplace is neatly stored under the outdoor stairs, and the fire is lit every morning ensuring continuous comfort.

Small Annex House - The Concierge

Completely independent from the main house, the concierge includes three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and independent access. This space offers the possibility of accommodating staff or guests in a comfortable and confidential atmosphere.

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor areas have been designed as a true extension of the living space. The heated pool is accompanied by outdoor toilets, a bar with a plancha, and a summer lounge inviting relaxation. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a petanque court punctuate the landscaped area, while a massage room adjacent to the pool offers a privileged wellness moment. An outdoor dining area can host up to sixteen guests facing the lake. A private gate provides direct access to the water, perfect for a morning swim or a walk along the shore.
A designated bike area is planned, and a small electric car is available for guests.

Garage and Equipment

The garage, carefully arranged, houses a space with sports mats and training accessories. Two paddle boards are also available to fully enjoy the lake.
