Typical Basque Country house in the heart of nature. Welcome to a place where authenticity meets modern comfort.
This converted former Labourdine farmhouse is located less than ten minutes from the nearest beaches, in a natural 2-hectare setting. With 300 m² of living space and open volumes, it comfortably hosts stays with family or friends.
On the ground floor
An entrance hall distributes the main rooms and features a guest toilet. It leads to a living room with an insert fireplace, Sonos audio system, and a tuned piano. The dining room can seat 12 people and opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Lacanche range cooker, an induction hob, two ovens (convection and static), a Liebherr refrigerator, and an ice maker. A utility room completes this space with a laundry area equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer, a wine cellar, and plenty of storage.
This level hosts two bedrooms. Each is equipped with hotel-quality bedding measuring 160 × 200 cm, which can be configured as two single beds upon prior request. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom with toilet.
On the first floor
The upper floor features four additional bedrooms, furnished with the same spirit of comfort. You will also find an office and a TV lounge, offering dedicated spaces for work, reading, or relaxation. The house is equipped with satellite Wi-Fi, Sonos speakers, and a CANAL+ subscription.
Outside
The property extends over 2 unfenced hectares with a vegetable garden and an orchard. The heated saltwater pool measures 4 x 12.5 meters and is equipped with an electric cover. Pool mattresses are laid out at the front of the pool.
A vast outdoor terrace, located close to the kitchen, allows for outdoor dining around a large table that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Sun loungers are also set up there to enjoy the sunny days.
Below, an area arranged with stone benches and a fire pit offers a friendly setting for sharing aperitifs. A petanque court is currently being developed.
The house offers a quiet setting to gather and discover the Basque Country. It is suitable for holidays with family, friends, or vacations focused on nature and gastronomy.
The landscaped garden is currently being developed and will be ready to be fully enjoyed for the 2026 season.
