The Little Ferret

Nestled in the heart of nature at the tip of Cap Ferret, this typical peninsula house perfectly embodies the spirit of the place: a charming cabin, elegant and friendly, ideally located between the pine forest, the ocean, and the Arcachon Bay. Designed to offer a stay that is both free and exclusive, the property offers a true personalized hotel service during the summer season: dedicated house manager, daily breakfast and cleaning, concierge service, and helper electric car available.

The ground floor

From the entrance, the house reveals a warm and refined atmosphere. A beautiful reception area with a dressing room and bench naturally invites you to discover the living room, which is organized on either side.

On one side, the exceptionally spacious living room is structured around a fireplace and a television area, offering a comfortable setting to gather. On the other, the dining room features a large table ideal for sharing long, convivial meals. The system is extended by an open, fully equipped kitchen: a central island with bar-style seating for breakfasts, plenty of storage space, and a professional stainless steel kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

Still on the ground floor and in the main part of the house, a family suite includes a children's bedroom with a play area and a double bedroom opening directly onto the rear terrace, equipped with its private bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin, and toilet.

Three bedrooms have independent access from the outside, each offering true autonomy. Two of them are accessible directly from the main terrace: these are two double bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, one equipped with a shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub and toilet. The third bedroom is located at the front of the house, on the entrance side. It also benefits from private access from the outside and has its own bathroom.

The first floor

Upstairs, a double bedroom offers an intimate and bright space. It has its own private bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. The bedroom opens onto a balcony that runs all around the house, allowing you to enjoy the view and the natural environment.

The independent cabin

Set apart from the main house, a charming independent cabin offers additional, intimate, and autonomous space. It includes a double bedroom with a shower room (shower, washbasin, and toilet) as well as a small private terrace, ideal for enjoying the surrounding clam.

The outdoor areas

Arrival to the property is through a wooden gate, extended by an elegant path of wooden boards that naturally leads to the house and its various outdoor spaces.

The main terrace is organized around the swimming pool, bordered by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A summer kitchen completes this space with a plancha grill, a bar, and a water point, as well as a dining area with a large table and bench seats, ideal for outdoor meals. Several outdoor lounges invite you to enjoy convivial moments at any time of the day.

On the other side of the property is a real leisure area: a petanque court, a table tennis table, a sauna, and an outdoor gym with a shower. An outdoor cinema designed on three levels of cushions, offering everyone a clear view of the screen, completes this space, alongside a game corner with bowling pins, for relaxing moments in a friendly atmosphere.

Near the entrance, a small electric car is available to guests. Surf racks and a water point make it easy to rinse equipment after the beach, and a charging station for electric cars is also available.
