Le Chalet

Perched at an altitude of 1,300 meters on the heights of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the chalet offers a unique experience, blending Alpine charm with contemporary features. Facing Mont-Blanc, it unfolds warm spaces, designed to welcome families and groups of friends in an exceptional setting. Only three minutes from the slopes, fifteen minutes from Megève, and one hour from Geneva, it combines accessibility and serenity, offering a stay where comfort blends with the natural beauty of the mountains.

Lower floor – Access, Après-ski & relaxation

This level opens onto a closed garage that can accommodate two vehicles, extended by a fully equipped ski-room, designed to combine practicality and comfort after a day on the mountain. The 70 m² wellness area offers a soothing atmosphere with a large indoor jacuzzi for eight people, a sauna, a steam room, and a massage room. A laundry room and guest toilets complete this space, which is connected to all levels of the chalet by an indoor elevator.

Garden level - Bedrooms & dormitory

Dedicated to rest and tranquility, this level opens onto three double bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a minibar, and a safe. On the same floor, a large dormitory with eight single beds welcomes children or groups of friends in a friendly space, enhanced by a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and elegantly integrated storage.

Ground floor – Living & relaxation space

The true heart of the chalet, the ground floor revolves around a vast 90 m² living area, bathed in light and opening onto Mont-Blanc. The kitchen, both elegant and functional, is equipped with a semi-professional range cooker, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a rotisserie, and a wine cellar, offering everything needed to prepare and share friendly meals. The large dining table gathers up to sixteen guests in a warm atmosphere, while the living room, centered around a contemporary fireplace, invites relaxation in front of an exceptional panorama.
Adjacent to this space, a private cinema room extends the comfort with its giant screen, high-end audio system, PlayStation, and wide bench seats. Outside, the terrace and garden naturally extend the living space. The Nordic bath, heated to 39 °C, offers an incomparable moment of well-being, summer and winter alike, facing the mountain.

Upper floor – Master suite

The top level is entirely dedicated to the master suite. The suite includes a king-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double vanity, and toilet, as well as a minibar and a safe. Large windows bathe the room in light and offer a spectacular view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
