An independent office, furnished with a seating area and a sofa bed, offers a separate space for work or relaxation.
Two bedrooms complete this level: one with a double bed and a shower room including a shower and double sink; the other equipped with a double bed with bunk beds, its own shower room with a shower, bathtub, and double sink.
A back kitchen with a laundry room is also located on this level.
The entire house benefits from reversible air conditioning.

First floor

Upstairs, two double bedrooms invite you to rest.
The first has a spacious shower room with two showers, a bathtub, a double sink, as well as an office, and opens onto a terrace offering a privileged viewpoint.
The second bedroom, with a shower room and shower, gives access to a balcony.
