The house can accommodate up to 9 people (6 adults and 3 children) and features 5 comfortable bedrooms.

INTERIOR

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with a cloakroom and guest toilets, as well as a spacious and bright living room opening onto the garden. It consists of a cozy living area with a fireplace and board games, a friendly dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, notably featuring a Lacornue range cooker. A back kitchen as well as a laundry area complete this level.

Also on the ground floor, a master suite offers a double bed (180x200), a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. This bedroom benefits from direct access to a south-facing terrace, located at the front of the house.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and an independent bathroom:

• a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and storage spaces

• a children's bedroom with bunk beds (90x190) and integrated desk

• a children's bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed and storage spaces

• a bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and window

In a more independent wing of the upper floor, a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) has its own en-suite shower room with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

EXTERIOR

Situated on a plot of approximately 590 m², the house offers a small courtyard at the front allowing access to the main entrance. At the back, a pleasant, quiet garden features an outdoor dining area as well as outdoor lounge furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days in a convivial atmosphere.
