Just a few minutes from Beaurivage and the Côte des Basques, this lovely house can accommodate up to 10 people. Boules court, outdoor shower, racks for surfboards, football and basketball pitch, outdoor furniture, foosball table, ping-pong table, it is ideal for family holidays.

The main house of 170m2 consists of:

On the ground floor, a large living room opening onto the terrace and the pool, a lovely fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room.

A parent’s bedroom with a 160cm bed, adjoining bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.

On the first floor, a TV lounge, a double bedroom with a 160cm bed, a double bedroom with a 140cm bed, a small extra bedroom with a pull-out bed of 80cm (convertible into a 160cm double bed if needed), a bathroom (shower, bathtub), separate toilet, and a laundry room.

The adjoining studio of 25m2 offers:

A living area with a sofa bed (140 cm), a kitchenette, a shower room, and a mezzanine with two mattresses (2x80 cm).

Pool house:

> foosball, sink and toilet.

The outside is arranged with a large table for meals, a garden lounge, a pétanque court, and a plancha.

A ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, football goal…

Pool:

> Please note that the pool is heated from mid-April to early November. However, the temperature of the pool also depends on the outdoor climatic conditions. We do our best to heat the water volumes (4m x 3.50) and thank you for your understanding. The pool is secured with an electric cover, which must be closed at the end of the day and under the supervision of an adult.

Linen is provided throughout your stay.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Any check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €50.

Check-outs are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Any check-out before 8:00 AM will incur an additional charge of €50.
