On the edge of the Ilbarritz Golf Course, overlooking the green and the ocean, this atypical and warm Basque house is perfect for a family stay. Composed of several levels, each space benefits from perfect privacy: the two furnished terraces remain the meeting place for endless al-fresco lunches and dinners!
Ideally located between the Golf course and the ocean, Biarritz and the village of Bidart are only a few minutes by bike from the villa!
On the inside:
Ground floor living area:
The living space offers a lounge area, a second lounge with a fireplace and TV, an office space, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 to 8 people and a TV, and finally a first sheltered south-facing terrace.
Sun loungers and a heated outdoor shower perfectly complement returns from the beach. Ilbarritz beach is a 5-minute walk from the villa.
A large terrace with an electric griddle (plancha), outdoor lounge, and table for 8 people.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 180cm x 200cm bed, north-facing sea view balcony, a TV, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and sink, as well as a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: 160 x 200cm bed, north-facing sea view, TV, electric fireplace with heat and flame effect, shower, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 160 x 200cm bed, south-facing, closets, TV. Independent bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Independent Studio:
The annex studio is independent and opens directly onto the garden, it includes: a fitted kitchen, a seating area, a 150 x 200cm bed, a 150 x 200cm sofa bed, a TV, a shower room (shower and sink), dressing room, separate toilet.
A laundry area (washing machine and dryer) is located under the house with an additional refrigerator.
The house is equipped with an alarm as well as a safe.
Parking: a carport for 2 cars is available as well as a socket to charge an electric car.
