Ground floor

A spacious entrance opens onto a large, bright living room, extended by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room overlooking the park and La Rhune.
A large terrace features an outdoor dining area with an electric plancha grill.
This level also includes an office and a shower room.

First floor

The upper floor houses a master suite with a double bed (160 cm), a dressing room, a bathroom (bathtub, shower, and toilet), as well as a private terrace with sun loungers.
Two large bedrooms with double beds and unobstructed views share a dressing room, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Pool level

This level accommodates a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room, as well as another bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Both bedrooms open directly onto the pool and the garden.
A laundry room completes this space, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a steam iron station.

The outdoors

The furnished terraces invite you to enjoy outdoor meals, moments of relaxation in the shade, or friendly evenings around the plancha grill.
The heated and secured swimming pool (5 x 10 m) is a true haven of well-being.
