Exterior
The living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the two bedrooms directly overlook two pleasant furnished balconies - the large windows, on either side of the apartment, provide very nice brightness and openness to the outside.
The apartment is ideally located, a few minutes' walk from the Grande Plage, the shops of Saint Charles, and the Imperial Quarter.
Access to the underground parking is from Reine Victoria Avenue using a remote control. The building is secure and has an elevator.
