WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?

The leasehold allows any foreign national to own real estate in their own name in complete legality. There is no question of an Indonesian nominee, or any kind of arrangement.
Throughout the lease period, the beneficiary has the same rights as the owner. There is no need for prior authorization to rent, sell, or carry out work.
